Let's start at the end
We like to work backwards. Before we build, we get to know your brand and find out where you want to be. This may involve finding opportunities to improve the customer experience and expanding your brand’s voice. By the end of this phase, we'll have the bot's identity mapped to its purpose.


No hammers involved
After we've agreed on the conversational agent's purpose, we execute. We'll build it out the in steps, testing and training it.


Unlike humans, bots aren't perfect
A conversational agent is as effective as what it anticipates. Your audience is creative, so there's always room to improve. After launch, we’ll monitor and update the agent until your team is ready to take it over.
